DIY Necklace Headband

DQ:

I love headbands a lot. I really do. I mean, really! What genius came up with them? Probably the same who came up with the Bobby pin. I owe all my thanks to you, Anonymous, for creating those two genius masterpieces. I will always be indebted to you. Anyway, let's skip the chit chat and get down to business. What girl doesn't like (or love) headbands and necklaces? Join those together and you get a necklace headband that is so cute, fits great and didn't cost you a penny! (Okay, it might cost you a dollar or two, depending on if you have any little girl stuff laying around, or not.) Here are the instructions on how to make your own necklace headband!

What you need:
 1 plastic necklace
 Elastic
 Scissors
 Instructions:

Cut your necklace in half.
Measure and cut the appropriate length of elastic that will help the necklace fit around your head.

Cut slits on each side of the piece of elastic.
Place the last bead (on the necklace) into the slit of the elastic. Do this with each slit of the elastic. Place on head and show off to your friends and family!
